An ex-neighbour's cat, otherwise known as the terminator, awoken from his slumber.

And an accompanying poem, written by Helen

Down in the garden something stirred
Sometimes glimpsed but seldom heard
With pitiless eyes and twitching nose
A killer stalks on tippy toes

Lurking in the woodshed's gloom
Bringing mice their fated doom
Prowling round the flower borders
Giving Rabbits their last orders

In the day and through the nights
All are in this killer's sights
Death to all he's not that fussy
My cuddly cute but murderous pussy

Apologies for the poem folks though I hope it amuses. I don't suppose John Betjeman is worrying too much. It was an absolutely gorgeous cat be lethal to all wildlife. As Joanna says, we used to call it the Terminator. Sadly someone took a fancy to it and stole it.

Nice to see a well composed cat picture with a bit of life to it. We have a poet in our midst.
