Interesting image, is that an inflatable rescue ring on the fence?
 
The resurgence of Infra red appeals to me, but I have said it before absolutely nothing will ever come close to Kodak HS infra Red. The actual details of what was in the image was visible but because there was no anti halation layer on the film this gave the film a lovely glow. It wasn't like soft focus but gave the image a dream like feeling. No filter has ever replicated it.
I cannot help feeling that this is crying out for something similar, it has so much going for it.

One thing, on my screen there are three parallel lines along the top that look like power cables. Is there any reason that they were left in?

They are the same shape as the fence. There were five power lines but I seem to have missed the top one when I took the picture. The cloud is a similar shape to the tree.
 
Sorry Reg I cannot get on with the line, 3 or 4 whatever they are a man made artefact whilst the trees and clouds are not. For me they look completely out of place.
