I realise that Steven but I would like the image to fill my monitor, vertically which the lightbox version does not. Something about 850 would do.

I like your picture very much Steven. The composition, contrast, the bend of the tracks, the house, the sky, the foliage - everything.

I've wanted to comment about your pictures for some time. However, I've not been able to grasp the "infra-red" aesthetic. This picture I like very much.

Thanks, Jose. Took me a long time to grasp the aesthetics of IR as well until a friend turned me on to IR photography. If you try it, it'll grow on you for sure.

That one fires on all cylinders Steven, as Jose says, spot-on compo, and the balance of white and dark areas is really good. Maybe the merest dark gradient on the foreground tracks might add even more depth.

Thanks, Toby. Still not happy with it. I need to get closer to the structure so that the old train station (partially hidden on the right) isn't intruding in the frame. Will be going back there soon for a reshoot.
