So I'm just waiting for the final coat to cure and was going to take a photo of my work to post here. Unfortunately while trying to photograph the interior I noticed that the shiny surface of the flex seal was reflecting light and it made it look like there were light leaks everywhere. I never thought about it but the interior probably shouldn't have been treated because it's shiny and not matte black. It's possible that when I go to expose a photo I may get internal reflections. I guess we'll have to wait and see. The only reason I coated both the interior and exterior of the bellows was because it was in such bad shape. The interior especially was constantly shedding small pieces of itself all over my table so I thought by coating it I might contain and preserve what was left. Otherwise the flex seal did a wonderful job covering over the rips, tears and holes.
