Sunderland Point sits at the mouth of the River Lune, West of Lancaster. It’s approached by a single road that floods twice a day with the tides. It’s a favourite spot for a bit of bird photography because on a falling tide the Waders settle to feed in the mud. These were taken against the evening sun while I was waiting for the road to re appear.
