Emotion, Support and Reassurance.

I took this at the end of last year, been sitting on this for a while I guess.
Street photography, but I don't find it easy and the majority of my photographs are what I would call mundane.
This one I just cant stop thinking about for some reason.
I took one shot of these three women and sort of forgot about it as I moved on to other things.
Don't know what else to say about it really.

I have now shown this photograph to four or five people and asked them, what do you think about this?
None of these people were photographers, so the comments were not about that aspect.
Left them to their daily tasks and went on my way.
They did not see what I saw, I now feel that most people don't really look too hard at what they see.
I am glad that I do photography it has taught me a lot more than just pushing the shutter release button.

Lots to like about this: the subject matter, the tonal range and the depth of field. I like the natural, unposed feel.

At the end of the day, you are taking photographs for yourself. It really doesn't matter what others think.

Thank you for your reply, I just feel like all of the women in this photograph say something.
Hence the title, the one in the middle, her eyes to me, could and do say a thousand words,
the one on the right although no face showing has hands that speak and the one on the left shows feelings towards the woman in the centre.
Now look at this any way you want, but a picture can say a thousand words.
