Elgol, Isle of Skye

Captures the wild nature of the weather very well. Skye & Elgol in particular is a truly spectacular place that has so many excellent photographic opportunities. Is your image taken close to the well known circular boulder named JCB on the right hand side of the beach after the honeycomb cliff wall ?
 
The photo was taken in 2014 so my memory is sketchy. I thought the location was further beyond the honeycomb cliff but I found this other image that shows the honeycomb in the background. I don't think I actually found the round boulder as I don't have any images of it.

This image really captures the expansiveness of the beach in Elgol with great foreground and horizon interest. What's even better is if you turn 180 degrees and there's amazing views across to Rum.
 
2nd version for me as well with the rock less central. Allows the eye to travel through the comp more easily. Nice set overall though.
