There's a common convention that subjects looking off like that need negative space they are looking into; I was trying to work out in my head whether it would look better if you'd swung the camera round to the right a bit, putting the geezers more at the left of the frame. However, I really like the context from the church and approaching figure, which would be lost, so on balance I think it's spot on. Great expressions, too. Touch of over-sharpening maybe (halos round the left figure)?
