Ollie, i am always careful to nurture young talent so i will go easy......
The contrast is a little heavy but that can be OK if its your style, but the shadows are blocked so you will have to open them up a little so i can see the construction workers face more clearly, also the perspective is off on the right hand side.

I completely agree with Alan. If you allowed the blacks to open up a little the photo would be far easier to look at. This is the same as with the first post you did.
What is the reason for there being so little detail in your shadows? Is that on purpose?
