There seemed to be a very slight offset between the medieval chancel and transepts, and the nave, which remained unfinished at the Dissolution and was demolished, later to be rebuilt in the Victorian era amidst much controversy, though on the floorplan the nave and chancel are linear. Very strange.

Lived and worked in Bristol for a few years but somehow never managed a visit. Judging by these, I missed a treat. Nice series toby. Would it be worth lifting some of the heavier shadows slightly in the last two shots?
