Adrian Vila - interview

Some people on here said how impressed they were with the work of Adrian Vila when I posted a link to his work.

So I thought it worth posting an another link, this time to an interview.

Some interesting (to me) comments, including:

- Why he prefers square format (simple and quiet)

- takes at least one picture every day

His comments on how he composed the windmill shots are very interesting.

Looked at another website reviewing him and the following quote chimed with me:

"........rather than purely as a means of transcribing the landscapes in front of his eyes, photography could be a way of creating something truly original."

Never easy to achieve but as an aspiration.....................

Helps me to understand why I’m not keen on shooting landscapes ……
