Why Does My PS Info Panel Have Values of 4+ numbers for RGB?

Don't know what I did, but I just can't seem to get back to the default settings of 0-255.
Anybody know how?

Press the eye dropper and choose 8bit
You are probably viewing the 16 or 32 bit data

Thanks, it worked! Does that mean I shouldn't be using 16 bit? I've always used 16 bit when setting white and black point and using the zone gradient.

Use the 8bit option because you are only interested in values between 0 -255 which is what the Photoshop Curves and other adjustments use
The 16 and 32 bit options are there for other uses such as floating points.
