View From Latrig,

I realise that the light must have been pretty flat when you made this image but do you think that the landscape might benefit from a bit of built in contrast. The way you have captured the peaks and vales make me wonder about the forces which must have formed them.

This is beautiful! I love the contrasts between the straight lines of the stand of trees and the distant hills. Great visual interest for me as I've not seen anything like it.
 
Dramatic mountains Harold. I think a bit more contrast down on the valley floor and then perhaps easing off a bit going past the foothills and into the mountains.
 
Very good drama. I think Keith has nailed it, I can see why you are reticent, but a delicate contrast boost in the valley floor is needed.
