Another arrangement of bowls and egg

I've been experimenting with small led lights and diffusers - eventually works ok but seems a lot of faffing around to make adjustments, so probably try flash next time (if I can think of a layout etc to try)

Actually I quite like the composition and the the processing of this one - maybe just a little too much empty space on the left hand side but nothing that hurts my eyes.
 
That's nice Elines. My only thoughts are that I find the BG line through the middle a bit distracting and I wondered if more could have been made of the reflection. Lovely tonality though and the comp works for me.
 
I really appreciate your constant experimentation and push to improve your craft. The lighting is exquisite and so is the composition. Well done. Additionally, do you ever document your setup for these shots? Would love to learn more about your technique.
 
Thanks for the encouragement - the set up is very simple.

I’ll try to prepare a few notes on what I did.

I think an important part is the matt finish of the bowls
