Scurdieness lighthouse.

I put this here, as architecture, it is a working lighthouse, but as the angle I took this shows none of the sea or rocks it actually there to warn the seafarers about.

I like the composition of this. The bold central position of the main feature (the lighthouse) works for me and the slope of the wall gives the impression of it leading to the sea (it probably doesn't) which fits the overall idea..

Thank you for you constructive comment. The sea is on the right of the photograph, so it is leading to the rugged coastline.
There was a slight harr (mist) on the water which creates a haze, that makes any vessels look like ghosts.
Thank you.

Nice shot. If it were mine I might consider cropping the small building to the right for an "L" shaped composition. But it's not mine.

Thankyou, I thought about that, I felt that it may have made the end/corner of the drystone dyke look wrong.
Also I did like the separation between it and the lighthouse as there is none between the lighthouse and other buildings, I should have moved to my right a few feet to possibly help with that.
Someone resides there so I have to be respectful.
