I tried a Nicca rangefinder, recently. On the way to the pub, I shot a short test film. Many of the images didn't appear on the film, but this one did, and I rather like it. The lens used was a Voigtlander 35mm Color Skopar with a yellow filter, and the film was purchased in bulk from eBay, called something like Exeter 400. There is some discussion about what this film might be; perhaps an Ilford film produced for cash machines and speed cameras. I shot it at 250 iso and developed it for 5 mins in HC110B.
Saddleback is also known as Blencathra.

Oh I know that area so well. I have been going there since I was 3 years old and apart from the time I was in the Army I visited it regularly and still do because it is only 55 miles away.
The photographic opportunities for the dedicated landscape photographer are utterly endless and with this one you have even managed to loose the madding crowds that flock to the area like wasps around a pot of jam (annoying everyone as well)
