"Marching Ants" not visible when using Select>All

I suddenly realized that, after upgrading to PS cc v22, the 'SELECT ALL' (Select > All ) option in PS
does not show the marching ants when I want to select the entire image. Although the image is selected when I use this option, over the years I've become accustomed to seeing the marching ants when performing this function and would like to get it back. Any suggestions?

Press Control + H to see if that shows them

No Ian, it doesn't show them. I'm using PScc v23.1.

Also.. Go to View => Show and make sure Selection Edges are Ticked
