I recently watched ‘Twelve monkeys’ and noticed that it was based on a short film La jetee - by French film maker, Chris Marker. It’s about 28 minutes.
It’s actually a series of still, b&w pictures with narrative and music.
I thought it was pretty good and certainly much more than your average slide show
I had some difficulty finding a version with English sub-titles (I don’t speak French).
If anyone wants that version the only way I could find it was in the You tube app and searching on the description shown in the attached screenshot.
