Sunny outside, deep shadows inside, deepened with a red filter. I'm having a red filter week. It's the only way I can get my wife to pose, by persuading her she'll be a silhouette.
 
Hats off to you for posting this and "Heaven" , 2 very intimate and personal images, and a glimpse into how someone else lives, different and interesting, casting an eye around the Heaven image with all the instruments and artifacts etc, and wondering whats on the wall between the 2 windows in "kitchen", a cupboard ? or shelves with plates on? ,maybe the mystery of whats in the shadows adds to the image.
 
Yes, boring old plates! I wish I could say something more interesting, but it is a kitchen after all. Though there is something interesting crawling up the wall beside the left-hand window...

I spent some moments raising and lowering shadows, trying to decide how much to reveal or leave open to question. I like images with questions attached.
