How Did I Do This?

Somehow I have puta. white border round my image but don't know how
I was looking at the image alert having pressed the "L" key and must have also clcikecked on something else accidentally...

Have you tried pressing L multiple times to cycle through the modes

Looking through history I see this but Ive never heard of it before or know how to access: 'Perspective scale"

I must have inadvertently clicked on the 'scale' slider
