Just a quick introduction. My name is Mark and I am a, "work in progress", amateur who is fascinated about all aspects of photography with a keen interest of B&W. I look forward to reading, seeing, and learning from others as I go forward. I have included the following photograph titled: "Bull Feeney's" to start this venture.

Welcome Mark. Like your first image. Nice use of light and toning. I like the colour pop as well (lamps) but I'm not sure whether that qualifies as Mono for the forum (Martin/Ian?). Someone will enlighten us I'm sure.
 
Thanks Jose'. Mmm,I guess no one particular spot was selected when I took this shot. I took it as I liked how the light created different aspects and angles. If that makes sense.
