Getting back to desired Photoshop view

In Photoshop, if you press key F you can easily cycle through different views

VIEW A

VIEW B

VIEW C

I find view C useful to see the image without clutter.

Sometimes I get stuck on VIEW B and can only get out of it by doing something like turning PS off and on again.

Is there an easier way please?

I have searched on t'internet and no doubt there is an answer on there somewhere but - if so - I haven't found it :(

Pressing Shift + F should take you back one step, so if you are at step B, pressing the Shift key and the F key should take you back to Step A

Thanks Ian:)

I'll give that a go next time just pressing F doesn't cycle through.
