Appears to be a Herring stuck in its claws. Shot back in may 2018 in "Bråviken", Sweden.
Adox silvermax look applied in post.
Compositionally not the best but I wanted to include the hungry gull for context.

Not sure whether the gull adds much but what I am sure about is the level difficulty. It's been on my bucket list for years. Great capture.
 
Personally, I appreciate the composition showing the seagull and eagle right on the diagonal of the image. Especially since it must not have been easy to achieve. Great photo!
