Files cannot be read- Lexar

the previous attempt showed more than dozen files that can't be viewed either in LR or in the camera

Is it my card or my camera that's up the creek?

Have you tried another card in your camera to try and isolate the problem?

I say this because my phone stopped reasons the SD card.

My PCcould read it, thus suggesting the phone was faulty .

BUT .... when I tried another SD card in the phone, then the phone could read it.
