Out and about, happy to have a quick conversation. This couple were keen to show me around their new accommodation they moved into just before Christmas. Suggested they really need to have conversation with the landlord but they didn't seem interested in my advice ! My wife seemed a little concerned on my over-friendliness with some of the locals but I think my confidence comes from my Grandparents. Happy new year to all
