I have been using the conversion he does since I first got Adobe CC. However I like the trick of putting the cursor on an object to see what end of the spectrum the original colour was so I know what slider to alter to get the best effect. Now that is new to me.

Pretty much what Ive always done with Lightroom and the controls are virtually identical to ACR

Another useful thing is to hold down the alt/option key with the black or white sliders to see precise clipping in the image
