Adobe PS Problem - Update.

Just for info. Received another prompt from ADOBE for a Photoshop update and thinking this might be the fix, I risked it. However, the problem was still there. The system had probably just detected that I was using an old version. Tried to revert to the previous version once more but couldn't find the option. ADOBE support sorted this via a chat but in the process confirmed that the problem with the latest version is a known problem for which a fix is being developed. Just thought I would pass this in case ............

Used that Ian but the options shown didn't include the "other versions" option only "learn more", "uninstall", and "Add-ons". What I found last time was the "other versions" option in the list but for some reason it had disappeared. The tech that I had the chat with, took over the computer and found it somewhere in the options listed in the LH column. He was too quick for me to register just where but a bit of poking around should find it. Having re installed the previous version, I see however that the "other versions" option is now showing again under the three dots.
