While exploring the back streets of Brest last year I saw this very contented Cat enjoying a well earned rest from doing whatever cats do when they are busy.

The textures and surfaces of the wood and fabrics are really well captured, and that seems to create empathy for the cat (am normally a dog person), no Spanish Inquisition for you !

This is a good, great image in so many ways.

But I can't get away from it having a cat in it. ( It's not that I don't like cats, it's just that I'm scarred from cat (and other twee) pictures on Facebook.)
