Anyone here tried cancelling their vuscan subscription? I've been trying for a week and have almost given up (which is obviously what they want). I'm about to cancell my debit card and order a new one.

Disgraceful really.
 
I had a similar problem a few years back with Ancestry.com. I tried cancelling but they still continued taking the subscription. After contacting them numerous times by email, and by telephone (they were outageously rude on the 'phone) I had to resort to closing my Paypal account and then reopening it with different details.
As you say, it is a disgrace. My sympathy.

They have now, thankfully, come back to me with the correct process and I've done it.
