Went out yesterday to see if there was a rough sea due to the unsettled weather. Instead of coming home with the anticipated shots of big waves, I ended up with this image taken straight into the light, of gulls being chased off their perch by a breaking wave. I would have liked to have had more separation between the three gulls in the centre of the image, but sometimes you can't have everything.
