Nothing else to photograph

I was doing a daily photo of a zinnia bud, which turned out to be dark reddish pinkish upon blooming. Then, after a week or so, this yellow one springs up next to it...The yellow was not very strong...so I thought a B&W might look better (with my Pentax monochrome gadget)

The zinnia flower in the foreground is the one that I had been following since it was a bud...but yesterday (8th day), some vermin bit into the stalk and I found the poor thing doubled over! I am trying to revive it...applied a splint of sorts (toothpick and wire tie)...looks like it is holding judging from the lack of any signs of wilting over the last 24 hours. Photo (raw, exported as jpg) taken with Q2 monochrom.
