I think the processing is a bit hard, and the whites on the rhs of her face seem borderline blown out. Slightly softer processing, and some tidying of skin blemishes would make this a more flattering portrait.

What is your workflow, if you don't mind me asking?

Lovely portrait, my only crit is that maybe a soft portrait filter would soften it just a tad.

That's a striking portrait. I agree that the highlight could be pulled back but I quite like the modern crisp look. The shadows have been well handled.
 
Why pull back the skin tone. There is ample highlight detail as well as shadow. It may be not to everyone's taste but getting the tones all there is admirable.
