Are you asking for suggestions on how to create, in a photograph, light like the one shown in the Borrani picture?

No, not quite. I am trying to put together some mood boards for a workshop I am running in a couple of weeks and have been looking for different kinds of portraits lit from beneath. Since writing the above I have managed to find six classical and six modern examples but the more the merrier.
