Lightroom not connecting to Photoshop

When I try to open a photo from Lightroom ,
to Photoshop I get this message:



Is this just me?

I can't find any similar problems on internet

Me trying to uninstall and reinstall Photoshop is likely to be fraught with danger

Remove the Creative Cloud desktop app, run the Adobe cleaner tool and reinstall
